Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a short description plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please do not mail a return without approval. All sales are final except for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims. We will provide instructions when a claim is approved.
