What does “Korean mink-style” mean?▾
It describes the soft, plush finish of the blanket. The material listed across our current collection is a polyester blend—not animal mink.
What sizes and weights do you carry?▾
Our collection includes Queen, Heavy Queen, King, and Heavy King options, with approximate weights ranging from everyday 5–6 lb styles to substantial 10–12+ lb blankets. Availability varies by design. Check the product page for exact dimensions, weight, construction, and included pieces.
Are all blankets reversible or two-ply?▾
No. Some styles are reversible or have two-ply construction, while others do not. These features are listed on the individual product page when included.
How do I choose the right blanket?▾
Start with the dimensions and approximate weight listed on each product page, then review the construction, included pieces, and care instructions. If you still need help, contact us before ordering.
Shipping & orders
How much is shipping?▾
Standard shipping is free on every order. No minimum purchase is required.
Where do you ship?▾
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
How quickly will my order ship?▾
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. In unusual circumstances, processing may take up to 7 business days.
How long does delivery take?▾
After shipment, delivery to the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended U.S. destinations may take up to 30 business days. APO/FPO delivery can take longer depending on the destination.
How does Buy 3, Get the 4th Free work?▾
Add four eligible blankets to your cart. The promotion is applied automatically, and the lowest-priced qualifying blanket is free.
Can I cancel an order or change my shipping address?▾
An order may be canceled before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped.
Returns & care
Can I return or exchange a blanket?▾
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, size selection, or unwanted items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?▾
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
How do I care for my blanket?▾
Care varies by style. All current blankets can be machine washed on a delicate cycle. Some may be tumble dried on very low heat, while heavyweight and certain other styles must be hang dried. Always follow the product-page instructions and our Blanket Care Guide.
