Welcome to Big & Cozy Blankets. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made through Big & Cozy Blankets. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

By using our website or purchasing from us, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws through your use of our services.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, dimensions, weights, materials, and other product details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, or photography.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct inaccurate product information when necessary.

3. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully authorized at checkout using an accepted payment method. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected where required by law.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

4. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, incorrect product information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

Big & Cozy Blankets currently ships within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not currently offer international shipping to other countries.

Free standard shipping is provided on every eligible order with no minimum purchase requirement.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. In unusual circumstances, processing may take up to 7 business days. Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

For addresses within the contiguous United States, delivery after shipment typically takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer and may take up to 30 days after shipment to arrive, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

If we are unable to ship an order within an applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will provide notice and appropriate options as required by applicable law.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an incorrect address, contact us at bigandcozyblankets@gmail.com as soon as possible and before the order ships.

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to redirect or change the delivery address.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us at bigandcozyblankets@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Returns, Refunds, Damaged Items, and Incorrect Orders

All sales are final.

Big & Cozy Blankets does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us at bigandcozyblankets@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your request should include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

After reviewing the request, we may provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not return any merchandise unless you have received return instructions from us.

Additional details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

9. Lost or Missing Shipments

If an order does not arrive, please contact us so that we can review the tracking information and investigate the shipment with the carrier when appropriate.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us. We may ask you to verify the shipping address, check with household members or neighbors, contact the carrier, or provide other information needed to investigate.

A package marked as delivered does not automatically qualify for a replacement or refund. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided when applicable and as required by law.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to modify or end promotions as permitted by law.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, feedback, or other content through our website, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, offensive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

The Big & Cozy Blankets website, branding, logos, text, graphics, layout, photographs owned by us, and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our protected content for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law.

You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity, commit fraud, transmit malicious software, interfere with website security, collect information about others unlawfully, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or otherwise misuse our services.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services for prohibited conduct.

Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for functions such as payments, shipping, analytics, reviews, fraud prevention, and other store operations.

Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be governed by those providers' applicable terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

Your submission and processing of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big & Cozy Blankets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the website or services where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Big & Cozy Blankets harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website or violation of these Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business practices, services, policies, legal requirements, or other operational reasons.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
