Where we ship▾
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time▾
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. In unusual circumstances, processing may take up to 7 business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Estimated delivery after shipment▾
- Contiguous United States: typically 3–5 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended U.S. destinations: delivery may take up to 30 business days.
- APO/FPO addresses: delivery can take longer depending on the destination and military mail handling.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect arrival time.
Address changes and cancellations▾
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or request an address correction. An order may be canceled before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once it enters fulfillment or has shipped.
Lost or delayed packages▾
If tracking shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number. We review these situations case by case and will provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
